Returns & Store Credit

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a store credit for the full amount, valid for any future purchase at luvmate.shop.
