Make it part of your ritual

After each use, rinse your bombilla with warm water and use the included brush to remove any residue. Mild soap can be used, but avoid harsh chemicals. Make sure to dry it thoroughly to prevent moisture buildup. While it’s dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to keep your bombilla in optimal condition for longer.

Returns & Store Credit

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

  • To start a return, email info.luvmate@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a store credit for the full amount, valid for any future purchase at luvmate.shop.

Please note: We don’t offer refunds to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened yerba packages or used mate accessories.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include a photo so we can make it right.
