You’re welcome to browse and shop freely at luvmate.shop. By using our site, you agree to do so respectfully and for its intended purpose: exploring, enjoying, and shopping our yerba mate, accessories, and related content.
2. Product Info & Availability
We do our best to describe our products accurately — including photos, ingredients, and pricing. However, small errors may happen. We reserve the right to update or correct information and to change prices or availability at any time.
3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide current and accurate billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, if there’s an issue with stock, pricing, or suspected misuse of the site.
4. Returns & Store Credit
We want you to love your experience with Luv Mate. If something didn’t meet your expectations, we accept returns on most unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery, in exchange for store credit.
Due to health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened yerba mate or used accessories.

5. Shipping
We pack and ship your orders with care. Once your package leaves our hands, we’ll send you tracking info. Luv Mate is not responsible for shipping delays, customs issues, or lost/stolen packages, but we’ll always do our best to help you sort it out.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on luvmate.shop — including logos, product names, text, photos, and illustrations — belongs to Luv Mate. Please don’t copy, reuse, or redistribute anything without permission.
7. Respectful Use
Please don’t use our site in a way that could harm it or others — for example, uploading malicious code, scraping content, or trying to disrupt the experience for other users.
