Shipping policy

At Luv mate, we strive to get your mate gear to you as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying your brew.

1. Shipment Processing Time (Handling Time) All orders are processed within 1 business day. We aim to pack and ship your order as soon as it arrives. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your location and the courier selected.

• Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days.

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.00.

3. Order Cutoff Time To ensure same-day processing for shipment, please place your order before 2:00 PM (MST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking As soon as your package is picked up by the courier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Luv mate is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged Items If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@luvmate.shop with photos of the packaging and the product so we can file a claim and send you a replacement.
