At Luv Mate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods (such as yerba mate) if the original seal has been broken or the package has been opened.
Refunds & Store Credit Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will issue a store credit for the full amount, valid for any future purchase at luvmate.shop. Please note: We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is defective or arrived damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange a solution.
Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. Restocking fee: $0.00.
