Returns & Store Credit

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

  • To start a return, email info.luvmate@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a store credit for the full amount, valid for any future purchase at luvmate.shop.

Please note: We don’t offer refunds to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened yerba packages or used mate accessories.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include a photo so we can make it right.
